The hotel is on rue Molière, a peaceful lane just off the city centre. La Croisette and the public beach are a 5-minute walk, while the Palais des Festivals and Cannes Marina are a 10-minute stroll. Rue d'Antibes shopping street and numerous restaurants are within a 3-minute walk. Cannes train station is about 10 minutes on foot. The quiet neighbourhood and secured front gate ensure a restful stay despite the central location. Public parking is available nearby at Palais Stephanie or Lamy, and the hotel's sister property Victoria offers paid underground parking 100 metres away.

Rooms are compact but well-appointed, featuring comfortable beds, mini fridge, electric kettle, tea/coffee facilities, flat-screen TV, and a safety deposit box. Many rooms have a private balcony or terrace - the south-facing balconies overlook the garden, while some apartments offer city or sea views. Single rooms do not have a balcony. The family room on the ground floor is wheelchair-accessible with one double bed and a sofa bed. For larger groups, apartments (such as Studio Raphaël or Antares) are available 100 metres from the main hotel, fully equipped with kitchen and dining area. All rooms are soundproofed and have quiet air conditioning. Housekeeping is provided daily.

Breakfast is a buffet with fresh bread, pastries, local cheeses and meats, cooked eggs, bacon, and fruit. It is served on the garden terrace or in the breakfast room.
