The hotel sits in the historic centre with all major sights - including Alcazaba Castle (10 minutes) and the port area - reachable on foot. Malagueta Beach is a 15-minute walk. The airport bus line A stops 200 m from the entrance; the train station is a 15-minute walk. A market is 150 m away, and the surrounding streets are packed with shops, restaurants, and cafés. Despite the central location, some rooms stay quiet, though street noise affects front-facing rooms.

Rooms vary significantly in size and brightness. Some are spacious with walk-in showers or bathtubs, while others are compact with limited natural light and small windows opening onto an inner light well. Mattresses tend to be firm; beds are comfortable. Heating is centrally controlled and may not be available when the system is switched off for the season. Some rooms include a balcony (first-come, first-served) or a seating area. Smoking is not permitted.

Breakfast buffet (€10) includes hot items (scrambled eggs, bacon, mini sausages), plus breads, pastries, ham, cheese, yoghurt, fruit, and cereal. Gluten-free products are available on advance request. During busy mornings (09:00-10:00) seating can fill, with brief waits for table clearance. The à la carte dinner menu changes regularly; half-board is optional. A bar and room service are available, but external dining alternatives are abundant within a two-minute walk.

A calm lounge area with sofas provides a place to read or meet away from the room. The bingo hall operates off-site for those interested in social games. There is no pool, spa, or fitness centre on the property. For outdoor recreation, Malagueta Beach is a 15-minute walk, and the city parks are within easy strolling distance.

The front desk runs a tour desk and can arrange car hire. Additional services include laundry and ironing (at extra charge), a business centre, and meeting/banquet facilities for a fee. Two lifts are available inside the building. Cots are available on request. Safety deposit boxes are free. No airport shuttle is provided. The hotel entrance has a few steps up to the lobby.
