The hotel sits on a bustling pedestrian street off the Trevi Fountain square, surrounded by restaurants, gelaterias, and shops. Rome's top attractions are easily reachable on foot: the Spanish Steps (10 min), Pantheon (13 min), Colosseum (15 min), and Vatican (28-30 min). The area is extremely busy day and night, with street noise audible even with double glazing; rooms at the back are quieter. For airport transfers, the hotel can arrange a private car from FCO or CIA airports for €55 one way (2 people), a 30-40 minute drive. The nearby Barberini Metro provides quick connections to Termini station and other areas.

Standard and Superior rooms are on the 1st and 2nd floors; Economy doubles are on the 3rd floor. Some rooms have balconies or windows facing the street, while interior rooms overlook a courtyard. Street-facing rooms can be noisy until late, though double glazing helps. Bathrooms are private and modern but some have open-plan showers that can lead to water on the floor. Rooms are cleaned daily with towel changes. Note that there is no elevator, so rooms are accessed by stairs only. Some rooms include a mini-fridge (water costs €1 per bottle) but no kettle or coffee maker; kettles are available on request only for families with children. The apartments (e.g., Deluxe Apartment) are located in a nearby building with a small elevator and include a full kitchen.

Breakfast offers pastries, bread, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, cereal, fruit, and hot drinks (including excellent cappuccino). It is a set continental menu; scrambled and hard-boiled eggs are usually available but the selection remains the same daily. No room service is offered for breakfast, and food is not permitted in the rooms. For lunch and dinner, Il Chianti Vineria Restaurant serves Tuscan, Roman, and classic Italian cuisine with an extensive wine list, open daily for lunch and dinner except Saturday lunch. Ristorante Le Tamerici also offers Italian dishes in a romantic setting.
