The hostel sits in a lively but walkable area. Plaza de Catalunya and Las Ramblas are less than 900 metres away, making it easy to reach the city's main squares and boulevards. Girona Metro station (four stops to Barceloneta Beach) and Passeig de Gràcia station (with direct airport train services) are both within a 10-minute walk. Arc de Triomf is also about 10 minutes on foot. The surrounding streets contain numerous restaurants, bars, and shops. For car users, there is no parking on site.

Dormitories are divided into separate male and female sections, with bed counts ranging from 8 to 16 per room. Some dorms include private toilets inside the room, while the shower room is usually outside. The female dorm has a tiny terrace. One private room is available with an en suite bathroom and two single beds, plus an extra bed on request. This private room does not open onto a terrace and has no window. Air conditioning and heating are free to use, though not individually controllable in all rooms. Lockers are provided; bring your own padlock or rent one with a refundable €10 deposit.

The shared kitchen is equipped for self-catering, but it is closed during the same restricted hours as the showers (23:30-08:00 and 11:30-14:00). A better-quality coffee machine offers drinks for about one euro. Plates, cutlery, and kitchenware are provided and must be washed by users. The hostel does not serve breakfast, but the surrounding neighbourhood has numerous eateries, including several within 0.5 km, such as Caffe Mono, Bar Centro Burgers & Craft Beer, and Bruc33Tapas.

Staff can provide detailed information on Barcelona's attractions and help with booking tickets or arranging discounts. The common lounge has a TV and computers for guest use. No pool, gym, or spa facilities are available on site.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the building. Reception is open from 14:00 to 23:30. Towels are provided at no extra cost, but a €20 penalty applies for permanent stains. Luggage storage is possible after check-out for a €10 fee per bag, subject to space. A photocopy and fax service is available. No parking is provided on site. The property is on the first floor with no lift, which may affect those with heavy luggage or mobility requirements.
