The hotel sits in a lively yet peaceful pocket of Ikebukuro, a short stroll from both Ikebukuro Station (about 10-15 minutes on foot) and the Sunshine City shopping complex, where the airport limousine bus stops. The walk from the station passes through a covered shopping street with many stores and eateries. Nearby attractions include Higashi-Ikebukuro Central Park (3 minutes), Hinodechou Park (700 metres), and the Ancient Orient Museum. Haneda Airport is 27 km away. The area is safe, quiet at night, and well connected by train and bus lines.

Each room has a private bathroom with a bidet, shower, and hairdryer. Room types include single, double, and twin configurations. Standard double rooms are comfortable for one, but can feel compact for two people with large suitcases; twin or superior rooms offer significantly more space. The property is older but kept very clean and well maintained. Beds are comfortable, with firm pillows as standard - softer pillows are available on request. Daily room cleaning is provided, and luggage storage is available after checkout. Bathroom layout varies: some rooms have a separate toilet area, others a combined shower-bath.
