The hotel sits in the quiet Ichigaya neighbourhood, 5 minutes on foot from Ichigaya Station which serves both JR and metro lines. The nearest exit (Sotobori exit) provides direct access. A 16-minute walk reaches Sotobori Park; the Museum of Science Tokyo University of Science is 1 km away and Shinjuku Historical Museum is 1 km. Numerous restaurants, convenience stores and a FamilyMart are within a 2-5 minute walk. The uphill walk from the station is manageable and the area is safe and well-lit.

Room types include family rooms, triple rooms and twin/double rooms, all with private bathrooms featuring a bath, shower and hairdryer. Each room offers air-conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, wardrobe, carpeted floor, free toiletries, slippers, refrigerator and a desk. City views are standard. For Tokyo standards, the rooms are spacious and allow for multiple open suitcases. Some rooms have an adjacent luggage storage nook. Road-facing rooms can be less quiet; rooms on higher floors offer better views. The bathrooms are clean and functional, though the toilet is a standard model without a washlet.

The hotel does not operate a restaurant or breakfast service. A vending machine dispenses drinks in the building. The immediate area offers a wide variety of eateries within a 2-5 minute walk, including sushi, spaghetti, European cuisine and many local options. A hand-drawn map of recommended restaurants is available from the host. Several convenience stores (FamilyMart) and grocery shops are within short walking distance.

The rooftop terrace is open around the clock and furnished with tables and chairs, ideal for sunset drinks or an evening meal. During colder months the rooftop is less used and the lobby lounge offers a cosy alternative. There are no spa, pool, gym or other wellness facilities on site.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. Luggage storage is provided before check-in and after check-out. The basement houses a coin-operated washing machine and dryer (¥300 per wash, ¥100 per half-hour dry; detergent available at reception). Each floor features a kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, plates, and complimentary tea and coffee. An amenities station offers items such as an iron, luggage scale, tweezers and sewing kit. Towels can be swapped daily on request. Housekeeping is performed on request at the reception. A shared lounge with games is available.
