Theater of the Sea is also 20 minutes away. The property is secluded and requires a car to reach most attractions, though several shops, restaurants, and specialty venues are within walking distance. Snapper's Grill & Bar is immediately next door. The office is on the second floor; street signage is minimal, so using satellite navigation is recommended. Free private parking is available but must be reserved in advance due to limited spaces.

All rooms feature tropical decor, air conditioning, soundproof walls, a private bathroom with a bath or shower, and a seating area. Deluxe King Suites come with a full kitchen, private balcony, and sea views. Standard rooms are studio-style (no separate bedroom) and include a refrigerator, coffee maker, and work desk. Some rooms have been recently renovated with new showers and comfortable beds, while others show signs of age with musty smells, dirty carpets, and dated furniture. Rooms without a balcony may have small, high-set windows. Noise from adjoining rooms and the restaurant's live music can be an issue, so lighter sleepers may prefer a room away from the main road. Microwaves are not standard but can be requested. Cribs and rollaway beds are available upon request.

A complimentary continental breakfast is served each morning in a simple dining room. Offerings include make-your-own waffles, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, oatmeal, pastries, coffee, and juice. The breakfast is basic and limited in variety; the coffee and fruit quality have been inconsistent, and items sometimes run out before the serving period ends. For a full meal, Snapper's Grill & Bar is directly adjacent and offers a full menu of seafood, drinks, and live music in the evening. The property provides a 10% discount for guests at Snapper's. No other dining facilities are available on site.

The outdoor heated pool is open year-round, with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a shallow end; the hot tub is also free. Pool hours are 8am to 7pm, though the pool area is accessible 24hours. Complimentary equipment includes kayaks, bicycles, canoeing gear, fishing poles, and table tennis. The marina and dock allow guests to launch paddleboards or fish directly. Some equipment shows wear (broken seats, rusted bikes), and only one ping-pong ball is typically provided. There is no private beach, but the waterfront setting offers views of the Atlantic and sunset. A filtered water station is available for refilling bottles.
