The hotel's position offers easy access to Notre Dame (1 km), the Panthéon, and Sorbonne University. Two metro lines (7 and 10) provide direct connections to Gare du Nord and the city centre. A celebrated bakery is directly opposite, and the neighbourhood is safe and lively with many restaurants and shops. The area is walkable to many attractions, and the hotel's location allows for peaceful courtyard views if requested.

Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, minibar, safe at reception, and hairdryer. Twin, double, and single rooms are available; street-facing rooms include a bathtub, while courtyard rooms offer greater quiet. The hotel was renovated two years ago, and beds are firm. Rooms are cleaned daily. Note that keys must be left at reception when leaving, and there is no kettle in the room (available on request). Some rooms have Juliet balconies.

The buffet includes bread, pastries, yogurt, fruit salad, cheese, hard-boiled eggs, orange and apple juices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and milk. Gluten-free bread is available on request. The breakfast room is small and can be noisy during peak times. Wine and champagne are available for an additional charge. Breakfast can also be served in your room for a fee. There is no restaurant for lunch or dinner, but the area offers many dining options.

For outdoor leisure, Jardin des Plantes is a two-minute walk away, offering 24 hectares of gardens and a zoo. The hotel's front desk can also help organise cultural tours and local excursions.
