HOTEL DU VIEUX MARAIS, Paris

The hotel sits on a quieter side street within one of Paris's liveliest neighbourhoods, surrounded by cafés, bakeries, restaurants and shops. Hôtel de Ville Metro station (line 1) is a few minutes away, providing direct access to the Louvre Museum and other major lines. The RER B line (direct from Charles de Gaulle Airport) is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel door. Many key attractions, including the Pompidou Centre, Notre Dame, and the Seine, are within a comfortable walking distance, making a car unnecessary and impractical due to a complete lack of on-site parking.

The only meal option provided by the hotel is a continental breakfast delivered to your room between 7:30 and 10:00. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar for evening meals. For other dining, the surrounding Marais district offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, and bakeries within a short walk, including options like Benedict, Georges, and Pain Vin Fromage, all within 0.5 km. Guests who prefer a fuller or more varied meal should plan to eat out, as the in-room breakfast is a basic continental offering.

Services include a 24-hour reception with concierge assistance, express check-in/check-out, and private check-in/check-out. A working elevator provides access to upper floors. Daily housekeeping is provided, and free luggage storage is available if you arrive before check-in or after check-out. Safety features include 24-hour security, CCTV, key card access, and a safety deposit box in the room. Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Business services like fax/photocopying are available for an additional charge. The hotel accepts Visa and MasterCard.
