Dupleix Metro station is a 2-minute walk, giving direct access to Bercy and Charles de Gaulle Étoile. Jardins du Trocadéro and Beaugrenelle shopping centre are a 15-minute walk away; Invalides is a 20-minute walk. The surrounding area is packed with restaurants, cafés, boulangeries, and supermarkets within 300 m. A Sunday market under the train bridge is a short stroll away. The location is walkable to many top sights, and the metro makes reaching the Champs-Élysées or Trocadéro simple. The hotel is on a quiet residential street, but deliveries and construction noise can occur early. Taxis from the hotel to CDG can be arranged by reception.

Comfort rooms (single, double, twin) are 10-11 m2, functional with a private bathroom (shower or bathtub), tea/coffee tray, flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. Superior rooms (double, twin, triple at 19-21 m2) add bathrobes, slippers, and some have a balcony. The Junior Suite (17 m2) is the only room with a direct, unobstructed Eiffel Tower view from two balconies - a rare feature. It also includes a Nespresso machine, bathtub, and safe. Rooms are small so twin beds can be very close together (only about 1 m apart). Double rooms have a 160x190 cm bed. Standard rooms can face the street (some road noise) or a quiet courtyard. The lift is tiny (fits 1 person with luggage), and stairs are available but the triple room is on the 5th floor. Air conditioning is centrally controlled. Some rooms on the ground floor near reception may experience noise from the lobby.

Breakfast is an all-you-can-eat buffet with pastries, bread, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, fruit, fresh orange juice, hot drinks, and hot items like eggs and bacon. A kid-friendly buffet is available, and special diet menus can be requested. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar, but the surrounding area is filled with cafés, bistros, and restaurants within a 2-minute walk. Wine/champagne is available for an additional charge. Breakfast can also be served in the room.
