Bus X62 (to Salisbury Pl), X95 (to Commonwealth Pool), and 51/52 (to East Preston St) connect to Peebles and Galashiels. From Edinburgh Airport, bus No. 300 goes directly to Minto Street/Salisbury Place. For travel from Glasgow or Aberdeen, take a coach to Edinburgh Bus Station, then Lothian Buses No. 3, 5, 7, 8, 29, 31, 37, or 49 to Salisbury Pl.
