Großhadern U-Bahn station (U6) is a 2- to 3-minute walk, taking you to Marienplatz in about 15 minutes and to Theresienwiese for Oktoberfest in 10 minutes. The Klinikum Großhadern hospital complex is a 15-minute walk away. The neighbourhood is leafy and calm, with a REWE supermarket right next door, a pharmacy, a gas station, an Indian restaurant in the same building, and a beer garden just beside the hotel. Several cafés and bakeries are within 500 metres. For drivers, free public street parking is usually available, and the hotel's own garage costs €12 per day.

Room types range from classic double rooms to spacious duplex lofts and one-bedroom suites. All include a flat-screen TV, work desk, private bathroom, and soundproofing. Studios and suites come with a kitchenette (stovetop, microwave, fridge). Some ground-floor rooms open onto a small garden with seating.
