The hotel sits in a practical western Munich location, 5 km from Central Station and 42 km from Munich Airport. Laim station (S-Bahn) is a 10-minute walk and links to the city centre in about 10 minutes - ideal for sightseeing without a car. Nearby bus stops connect to the Olympic Stadium (20-30 minutes) and the Oktoberfest grounds are easily reachable by S-Bahn. Nymphenburg Palace and its park are within 4 km, and the botanical gardens are a short walk away. For day-to-day needs, an Aldi supermarket is close, and the neighbourhood offers several restaurants and a Greek taverna within walking distance. The area is clean and well-connected, making the hotel a solid base for city trips.

Guest rooms are basic and compact - functional for a short stay. Each has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and hairdryer, plus air conditioning, heating, a smart TV, safe, and a desk with chair. The bathroom door is frosted glass with a noticeable gap, which provides limited privacy. There is no wardrobe or fridge; storage is minimal, so unpacking fully is not practical. Rooms on lower floors near the indoor courtyard can be affected by smoke and noise from the smoking area. Road-facing rooms may experience traffic sound, though windows are double-glazed. Beds are described as firm; good for some, less comfortable for those preferring softer mattresses. Family rooms are two adjoining standard rooms without an internal connecting door, unless accessible rooms are requested. No coffee or tea facilities are provided in the room, but a kettle can be borrowed from reception.

The paid breakfast buffet (€17) runs from Monday to Friday 6:30-10:00, and weekends/holidays 7:00-11:00.
