ENZO IOGI, Tokyo

Iogi Station is a two-minute walk from the building, providing direct train access to Shinjuku in about 20 minutes and to Shibuya, Akihabara, and other central hubs in 40-60 minutes. Buses also stop nearby. The area is safe, quiet and residential, with a large supermarket, a 7-Eleven, Daiso, and several restaurants and izakaya within a few hundred metres. Chihiro Art Museum Tokyo is a 16-minute walk, and Momoi Harappa Park is 2 km away. This is a practical base for budget-conscious travellers who do not mind commuting a little longer each day to save significantly on accommodation.

Each unit has one separate bedroom, one living room with a kitchenette area, and one bathroom with a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Bed configurations vary, with units offering either double/single combinations or three single beds. All rooms are air-conditioned, have heating, and are non-smoking. Upper-floor rooms are accessible by lift. The building is modern and well-insulated, and a washing machine with a drying function is installed in each unit. The space feels noticeably larger than typical Tokyo hotel rooms and the area is quiet at night. Some units have received reports of a hard or squeaky mattress and the living area is basic, with no television. The kitchen counter is present but cannot be used for cooking, and no cups, plates, or cutlery are provided.

There is no restaurant, bar, cafe, or breakfast service at Enzo Iogi. The kitchen in the room cannot be used for cooking, so all meals require eating out or buying prepared food. The surrounding area is well-served: at least seven restaurants are within 0.5 km, including Chiyoda Sushi Iogi, Indian/Nepalese cuisine at Sita, Fukushin Iogi, and Sobamiwa. A large supermarket and a 7-Eleven are just a few minutes away, making it easy to buy drinks, snacks, and ready-to-eat meals. For those who prefer to prepare simple food, bringing a few basic utensils and plates is advisable.

The building has 24-hour security with CCTV in common areas and outside, security alarms, and fire extinguishers. Check-in is fully digital and contactless, with instructions and door codes sent electronically before arrival. Payment is accepted by American Express, Visa, Diners Club, Discover, and MasterCard. A local phone number and mobile data are essential for receiving access codes. There is no staff on site and no reception desk; communication is via message. No parking is available at the property. Early check-in or luggage storage is not an option. The rooms have free Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, and a washing machine with a drying function in the bathroom; a pay dryer is available in the lobby (100 yen per 60 minutes).
