Shinjuku Station is just two stops away (4 minutes), and Shibuya is reachable in 15 minutes by bus. Meiji Jingu Shrine is 2 km from the property. The area is well-served by convenience stores (Lawson), supermarkets, and a variety of local restaurants and cafes all within a 2- to 3-minute walk. The property is also walkable to Shimokitazawa, Shinjuku and Shibuya (about 30 minutes on foot to Shinjuku). Tokyo Haneda International Airport is 16 km away. The street is quiet despite being close to the station and highway, making it suitable for those wanting both easy city access and a calm base.
