EXTENDED STAY AMERICA SUITES - DALLAS - MARKET CENTER, Dallas

The location suits market visits, business trips and city outings: downtown Dallas and the American Airlines Center are within roughly 15 minutes by car. The free shuttle covers Dallas Love Field, the Market Center and a nearby hospital, which removes the need to drive for airport or venue transfers. The immediate area is highway-oriented, so walkable dining directly outside is limited; several restaurants are a short drive away. Free on-site parking makes a car practical, and the gated lot adds security.

The building is a renovated older property, so the style is basic rather than upscale. Rooms include air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, USB outlets and charging pads, ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, a hair dryer and free toiletries. Bathrooms have a bath or shower. Flooring varies by room, with carpet in some rooms and hard-surface floors in updated spaces. Freeway-facing rooms and lower floors near the lobby, elevator and gym are the noisiest; upper rooms away from the freeway are much quieter. TVs do not support screen mirroring. Beds are generally comfortable, though a few rooms have thin blankets.

The outdoor pool is open seasonally and has worked well for families, often without crowding. The fitness centre is compact but free and usable for a straightforward workout, which is convenient for business travellers who want a quick session without leaving the property. The facilities also include a spa centre, and recreation options cover golf, tennis, racquetball and water sports.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Parking is private, free and requires no reservation; the lot is gated, well-lit and accessed with the room key, so keep the key ready when driving in and out. The 24-hour front desk supports late check-in and helps coordinate shuttle pickups. Laundry is available for an additional charge. Family rooms, wheelchair access and a lift are provided.
