FEELATHOME PLAZA APARTMENTS, Barcelona

The metro station (L1 line) is a 1-2 minute walk, and Sants Train Station is 10 minutes on foot - ideal for airport transfers (Rodalies R2 line) or train connections. Barcelona city centre (Plaza Catalunya) is 3 km away. The area is full of restaurants, bakeries, and a supermarket within a 3-minute walk, and the Arenas shopping mall at Plaza Espanya is an easy 10-minute stroll. On-site parking (€18/day) is available but must be reserved; the garage has a maximum height of 2.20 m, so taller vehicles may not fit.

Each apartment features a seating area with a flat-screen satellite TV, DVD player, and a dining table. Kitchens come with an oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, washing machine, and basic cooking essentials (salt, oil, coffee). Bathrooms are private with a shower; bed linen and towels are provided. Bed configurations vary (double, queen, twin, sofa beds) and can sleep up to 5 in two-bedroom units or 8 in the duplex apartment with two sofa beds. Not all units have a private balcony or terrace - request a specific apartment if outdoor space is important. Some apartments may face the street or have limited natural light; the communal rooftop terrace is accessible to all. Soundproofing between apartments is limited, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs. Many units have air conditioning and heating.

For those who prefer cooking, each apartment is well-equipped with a kitchen, coffee machine, and basic supplies. The immediate area offers a wide choice of bakeries, restaurants, pizzerias, and bars, all within a 3-minute walk. A supermarket is one minute away for groceries. The property does not provide breakfast, but several cafés are just outside the building. The communal rooftop terrace is a pleasant spot for an al-fresco meal or morning coffee.

The top-floor communal terrace is furnished with tables, chairs, and sun loungers, offering views of the neighbourhood - a simple spot for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. For more extensive wellness, the area's public parks, Plaza Espanya, and Montjuïc hill are within walking distance. Guests seeking a gym or swimming pool should plan to use external facilities.
