- No lift in the building; bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors (triple on the 4th). Luggage must be carried up stairs; staff can assist.
- No on-site parking. Q-Park Grand Canal Square is nearby; on-street Pay & Display operates Mon-Fri and Sat 7am-7pm.
- No breakfast or restaurant on site. No spa, swimming pool, or wellness facilities. No airport shuttle. No rooms with balconies.
- The pub is open Mon-Thurs 12pm-11:30pm, Fri-Sat 12pm-12:30am, Sun 12:30pm-11pm. After-hours room access is via key card.
