Street parking is available nearby (paid Mon-Fri 7-19). Judarskogen Nature Reserve is a 1 km walk away. Several restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy are within a 5-minute walk. The location is practical for quick city access on a budget.

Available room types are single, twin, double (160 cm bed), and triple (two-part room with no internal door). Rooms have parquet floors and a seating area. There is no air conditioning; fans are provided. Windows can be opened but traffic noise may be noticeable. Soundproofing between rooms can be limited. The elevator serves floors 1-5; the rooftop terrace is on the 6th floor accessible by stairs. Daily housekeeping is included. Some bathrooms are small and shower heads may not be mountable. Ironing equipment is available from the reception.

Breakfast is served in a basement dining room from 06:30-09:30 weekdays and 07:30-10:30 weekends.
