Located in the quiet Shirokane neighborhood, the hotel is a 2-minute walk from Kitasato Kenkyujo Bus Stop (Bus Line 87) which connects directly to Shibuya Station and Tamachi Station. The subway stations are about a 15-minute walk, and it is a 10-minute drive to Tokyo Tower. Ebisu Garden Place and Roppongi Hills are a 5-minute drive away. The area has many local cafes and restaurants within a 0.5 km radius, as well as convenience stores. For airport transfers, taking the train and bus from Haneda is the recommended option; there is no airport shuttle.

Room types include single, double, twin, and studio layouts. The twin rooms and some double rooms can feel spacious enough to open two large suitcases. The single rooms are more compact, suited for solo travelers. All rooms have a private unit bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and slippers. Bed width is 120 cm x 210 cm. Rooms include pajamas, heating, ironing facilities, and free toiletries. No rooms have a balcony. The room windows look directly onto the neighbor's wall, providing no outdoor view. Noise isolation can be limited - road-facing rooms may hear ambulance sirens from nearby hospitals, and thin walls may allow some sound from neighboring rooms.

The hotel does not operate a restaurant or serve meals directly. Breakfast availability depends on the rate selected at the time of booking. Each room is equipped with a kitchenette (IH stove, microwave, refrigerator), so guests can prepare their own meals. The surrounding Shirokane area offers many dining options within a 300-meter walk, including burger spots, Korean cuisine, and dessert shops. Several convenience stores are also nearby for groceries and snacks.
