The neighborhood is safe and walkable, with multiple convenience stores (FamilyMart, Lawson, 7-Eleven), a large Maruetsu supermarket right next door, and numerous restaurants and shops within a few minutes' walk. A bus stop for Haneda Airport is also nearby, about 300 metres from the hotel. For Haneda airport transfers, taking the Keikyu train is the quickest option, but a taxi after midnight costs approximately 3900 yen. The area is known for its high density of local dining options, with a wide variety of cuisines available within a 5-10 minute radius. This makes it a practical base for transit stays or exploring Tokyo from a less central but very convenient hub. However, guests without a car will find the location excellent, as parking is limited and cannot be reserved.

The hotel offers standard double, queen, and twin rooms, all with private bathrooms equipped with a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and slippers. Standard double rooms have a 140 cm wide bed, standard queen rooms a 160 cm wide bed, and twin rooms offer two single beds. Rooms are generally described as larger than typical Japanese budget hotels, with enough space for luggage and comfortable for two guests.
