FLORENTIA LIVING STAYS, Florence

The property is in the Novoli district, a quieter residential area with a local feel. The T2 tram line connects directly to both the airport and Florence's historic centre (Santa Maria Novella station) in about 15-20 minutes. A large supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, and several restaurants and cafés are within 0.5 km. The area is well-served by public transport, making a car unnecessary for city-centre visits.

The single rooms feature one bed, a wardrobe, and a compact kitchenette with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and basic utensils. The double rooms offer a larger space but the bed is 120 cm wide - better suited for one person or a couple who are comfortable sharing a narrow bed. All rooms have air conditioning and heating. Upper floors are accessible by lift. Some rooms have a balcony with inner courtyard or quiet street views. The kitchenette is equipped for simple meal preparation, though only one set of cutlery and cookware is provided per room. The property is student accommodation repurposed for tourist use during summer months, so decor is minimal and functional.

Breakfast is not a full meal but a self-service station offering coffee from a machine and a small wrapped croissant per person. For a more substantial breakfast, guests can use their in-room kitchenette or walk to nearby cafés and bakeries within 0.5 km. Several pizzerias, a restaurant, and a shopping centre with dining options are within a 10-minute walk or a short tram ride. Vending machines for drinks and snacks are located in the common areas.

The 24-hour reception provides a concierge service, private check-in/check-out, and can arrange taxis. Luggage storage is available free of charge for early arrivals or late departures. The building is secured with key-card access for floors, lift, and room. Wi-Fi is included and works reliably in all areas. Accessible parking is possible on site (€30/day garage; free public street parking in front). The property has a lift, wheelchair-accessible rooms with grab rails and raised toilet, and a designated smoking area. Laundry service is available for an extra charge. No pets are allowed.
