From CDG Airport, take RER B to Denfert Rochereau, then metro line 6 to Dupleix (8 stops, ~1 hour total). Orly Airport is closer-approximately 35-40 minutes by taxi (55-70€). Gare du Nord and Gare de Lyon are about 35 minutes by metro. The immediate area is well supplied with restaurants (Pizza Amalfi, Lebanese options, bakeries, cafes) within a 5-minute walk; a Monoprix supermarket is also nearby.

Room sizes are compact-typical for central Paris-but offer a comfortable base for short stays. Features include air conditioning, heating, soundproofed windows, a minibar, electric kettle, and a safety deposit box. Some rooms have a window rather than a proper balcony, and none have Eiffel Tower views. The bathroom includes a hairdryer and either a bathtub or shower; however, some showers lack a door or curtain, so water may escape onto the floor. Storage space is limited-fewer than expected hangers and no large wardrobe. Complaints about dated decor, stained carpets, and musty odours have been noted; requesting a recently refurbished room may improve the experience. Rooms with a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower are rare but exist in some upper-floor units.
