The hostel sits in a working-class Hispanic neighborhood of DTLA, around 4 km from Crypto.com Arena and the LA Memorial Coliseum. The California Science Center and Natural History Museum are also nearby. The A Line metro station is within walking distance, providing a 20-minute train ride to major neighborhoods and a one-hour connection to Santa Monica beach. Several bus routes stop directly outside. Hawthorne Municipal Airport is 16 km away. Free street parking is available on surrounding streets, and there is additional off-street motorcycle parking on the property.

All accommodation is in shared dormitories - not private rooms - with bunk beds in configurations of 4 or 6 beds per room. Each room has its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, soundproofing, a tea and coffee maker, and a dressing area. Some rooms open onto a terrace with city views or a patio. There are no lockers, so keep valuables with you. The overall feel is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with comfortable mattresses and linens. Road-facing rooms may be less suitable for light sleepers.

The hostel does not have an on-site restaurant, café, or bar. Instead, it provides a spacious communal kitchen with two large refrigerators, cupboards for food storage, stoves, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and full cookware. There is a dining area and outdoor picnic tables. The surrounding neighborhood has plenty of grocery stores, restaurants (including Salvadoran cuisine), and a coffeehouse within a short walk. The kitchen is cleaned throughout the day, making it comfortable for cooking every meal.

Wellness and leisure facilities include a fitness centre with workout equipment located at the back of the property, a shared lounge/TV area, and an outdoor space featuring a garden, terrace, picnic area, and outdoor furniture. There is also a designated smoking area in the garden. No pool, spa, or sauna is available. The hostel is adults only, and the atmosphere is calm and quiet, with silent hours observed.
