The hotel is located on a pedestrianised street lined with shops, bars, and dining options. Place Gambetta is directly adjacent, and the city's historic sites, such as the Cathedral, are within easy walking distance. Tram line B stops at the doorstep, providing direct connections to the airport (via Liane 1 bus from a stop 5-10 minutes away) and Gare Saint-Jean train station (also reachable on foot in roughly 45 minutes). The Clémenceau Auditorium car park is a 5-minute walk away, and several restaurants including L'Entrecote and Le Scopitone are within 500 metres.

Rooms are simple and compact; those facing the street experience considerable noise from late-night pedestrian activity and the tram line, especially when windows are open. Rooms on the courtyard side are noticeably quieter. Bed sizes can be narrow for taller or broader individuals. While bathrooms are private, they are small with limited counter space. The hotel has no air conditioning - ceiling fans provide some airflow but can be noisy. Décor is dated and characterised by old carpets and basic furniture; some rooms show wear. The lift operates only from the first to the second floor, meaning access to rooms on the ground floor (via stairs) and upper floors (third and fourth floor) requires climbing stairs, which may be challenging for those with mobility concerns. Wardrobe space is limited; there are no balconies.

Breakfast is a continental buffet offered for an additional €9 per person, available from 06:30 to 10:00 on weekdays and from 07:00 to 10:30 on weekends.
