Soundproofing between rooms is minimal, so rooms near elevators or on lower floors may hear more noise. No balcony or bottled water is provided; tap water is drinkable.

Lunch offers Japanese set meals in a family-friendly setting. For those who prefer alternative dining, a Denny's is a 3-minute walk away, and Lawson and Family Mart convenience stores are adjacent to the hotel. The surrounding streets have numerous izakaya, ramen shops, and casual eateries. The hotel's vending machines on the 4th floor provide drinks and have ice and microwave facilities.
