The property sits in a quiet residential area of Ueno, yet is within walking distance of several metro and JR stations (Okachimachi, Naka-okachimachi, Ueno) meaning very few train transfers are needed for most destinations. Akihabara electronics district and Ueno's Ameyoko market, shops, and izakaya are all a short stroll away. There are convenience stores (including a Mini Stop and 7-Eleven) and supermarkets within 2-5 minutes on foot. Tokyo Haneda Airport is 21 km away; Narita has a direct train connection via Ueno. The neighbourhood is peaceful at night, which supports good sleep despite the central location.

All units include air conditioning (with heating mode), a washing machine, a kitchenette with basic cookware, electric kettle, and a dining area. Bathrooms are private and some have separate toilets. Soundproofing is present, and rooms on upper floors tend to be quieter. The building was constructed in 2020 and is serviced by an elevator. Lower-floor American-style double rooms include a sofa bed and open kitchen, suitable for families of up to 4. For 6 guests, a two-bedroom apartment with a living room is available. Top-floor rooms offer oversized floor-to-ceiling windows and an extra tatami room configured for 3. Room sizes vary: some units feel cramped for 3 adults with luggage, while others are spacious for 2. The property does not provide baby cots.

There is no on-site restaurant or breakfast service. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchenette (including basic cookware and utensils) and a dining table, allowing self-catering. Several convenience stores (a Mini Stop and 7-Eleven are within 1-2 minutes) and a supermarket (3-minute walk) make grocery shopping easy. The immediate neighbourhood is dense with casual dining: Taiwanese, Hong Kong cuisine, tempura, gyoza, and takoyaki spots are all within 300 metres. Ueno's Ameyoko market area (10 minutes on foot) offers a much wider range of street food, izakaya, and Japanese restaurants. The bathroom drying function means washing dishes by hand is practical.

The self-check-in process uses a touch-screen kiosk at the entrance; detailed instructions are sent the day of arrival. The building has 24-hour camera security in the common area. Luggage can be stored securely on the ground floor before check-in and for up to 6 hours after check-out (not before the check-in day). There is a shared essentials station with a vacuum cleaner, and some toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) are provided in the bathroom. No parking is available. Pets are not allowed.
