The S-Bahn 9 from Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) reaches Warschauer Straße in 37 minutes (€4 ticket). Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt are a 10-minute journey from the same station. The neighbourhood is lively with bars, clubs and restaurants; Simon-Dach-Straße is a 5-minute walk away. The East Side Gallery, Berghain club and Mercedes-Benz Arena are all within a 10-minute walk. Frankfurter Tor Underground Station is a 10-minute walk. Though the immediate area is vibrant, some street sections may feel gritty; the location is best suited for visitors comfortable with a busy, urban setting. Walking around at night is generally possible but the side entrance after reception hours goes through a darker passage.

Opened in 2017, the hotel offers single rooms (1 single bed) and studio rooms (2 single beds pushed together) with a private shower and hairdryer. Studios include a full kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, kettle and cookware. All rooms feature soundproof walls, a seating area, wardrobe, satellite TV and city views. Some rooms are compact, with limited luggage space; others feel spacious. Rooms on lower floors (1st-2nd) tend to be quieter, while those on higher floors (3rd-4th) involve stair climbing-no lift is available. Road-facing rooms can be noisy due to trams and street activity. Rooms vary in condition; some have older furniture and carpets, while others are modern and clean. Pillows are often thin and matresses may be soft or sagging. The central heating can be adjusted per room, but some windows are draughty and may let in cold air. There is no air conditioning. Towels and bedding are provided; travel adaptors are available on request. No balcony is available.

The hotel has no restaurant or breakfast service. A lounge in the foyer with a coffee machine is available for guests. The surrounding Friedrichshain area is packed with affordable dining options-the nearby Simon-Dach-Straße has many bars, restaurants and cafés within a 5-minute walk.
