GOOD MORNING KISTA, Stockholm

Located just off European Route E4, Good Morning Kista provides easy access by car to Stockholm city centre (15 minutes) and the surrounding region. Husby Metro Station is 7 minutes on foot, and the metro reaches central Stockholm in about 20 minutes. Kista Galleria Shopping Centre and Kista Science City are within a 20-minute walk. For airport travellers, coaches from Arlanda stop just 2 minutes away and cost around SEK 40. The immediate area includes a McDonald's, a petrol station and convenience stores, making it practical for self-catering. Despite being on a main road, the property itself is set back and can be surprisingly quiet - rooms facing the road may still pick up some traffic noise.

Standard rooms at Good Morning Kista are functional and include two single beds, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, heating, a parquet floor, and a private bathroom. There is no air conditioning, which can be a problem in warm weather and affects sleep quality. The rooms are generally clean and comfortable, though some feel dated with worn furniture and old carpets, especially in corridors. Light sleepers should avoid rooms facing the main road. No balcony or kitchenette is available. The rooms are of a decent size and practical for short stays, with comfortable mattresses and adequate workspace.

This hotel focuses on practical facilities rather than leisure amenities. There is no spa, gym, or pool. The available leisure options are limited to a shared lounge and TV area with outdoor furniture, suitable for relaxing with a drink. The surrounding area includes parkland and walking routes for those who want fresh air, and the nearby Kista Galleria offers shopping.

Good Morning Kista offers useful services for both leisure and business travellers. Free private parking is available on site with no reservation needed - a major advantage for drivers. Free Wi-Fi covers the entire hotel. The 24-hour front desk can assist with luggage storage, tour desk services and provide a welcome drink. Daily housekeeping is included. A business centre with fax/photocopying is available. The hotel is fully non-smoking, has a lift, and offers facilities for disabled guests. Pets are allowed on request for an additional nightly fee. Safety features include 24-hour security, CCTV, key card access and a safety deposit box. Laundry service is not available on site.
