FORENOM HOTELS & APARTMENTS KISTA, Stockholm

The metro runs every 10 minutes during the day, making city access straightforward. Helenelund commuter rail station (7 minutes on foot) offers direct trains to Arlanda Airport in about 20 minutes. Bus stops nearby operate limited hours - the metro is more reliable. The area is safe and well-lit at night. Kista Galleria has restaurants, a Lidl supermarket, and shops, all within a 12-15 minute walk. The hotel's location is quiet and residential, with a bike path out back.

The one-bedroom apartment accommodates up to four people with a double bed and an extendable sofa bed. Some rooms have interior sleeping areas without windows, which can become warm. All rooms include a work desk, wardrobe, ironing facilities, and heating (no air conditioning). The sofa bed is firm and may feel less comfortable for longer stays. Towels and bed linen are provided; housekeeping is standard weekly. Noise from corridor activity and ventilation fans can occur - rooms on higher floors tend to be quieter. Kitchenettes come with basic cookware, utensils, and a dishwasher in larger units.

The breakfast buffet is basic but adequate, featuring bread, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, cereal, fruit, and coffee. Hot items are limited - scrambled eggs are sometimes offered. The breakfast room can become crowded; arriving early helps secure a seat. For lunch and dinner, there is no on-site restaurant. The in-room kitchenette is fully stocked for self-catering, and Kista Galleria (15 minutes on foot) provides multiple dining options including a food court and a supermarket for groceries.

The fitness centre is small but functional with basic cardio and weight equipment. The shared sauna is free and may require advance notice at reception to activate. A table tennis table and an indoor children's play area are also available at no charge. Billiards is free to use. There is no swimming pool or spa. These facilities are popular and can be busy during peak hours.
