Bus route 69, with a stop a 2-minute walk from the hotel, runs directly to the Eiffel Tower. Notre-Dame Cathedral is about a 15-minute walk, and Gare de Lyon is just two metro stops away. The area feels very safe and is ideal for exploring on foot.

Each room has a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Rooms were renovated recently and are spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, parquet floors, and air conditioning (fan cooling mode only). The rooms are very small - some are described as corridor-like with minimal space for two people to move around or store luggage. Some bathrooms are extremely compact, with the shower directly in front of the toilet and no separate cubicle. The windows are also quite small and some rooms overlook the square, which can be lively late into the night. For light sleepers, requesting a room away from the square is recommended.

Breakfast is a basic continental buffet with croissants, baguette, butter, jam, yogurt, and hot drinks from a machine. It is considered simple but filling, and good value for the price. The hotel does not have its own restaurant or bar, but there is a large variety of shops and restaurants within a 5-minute walk, including bistros such as Le Bistrot de la Place and Les Bougresses. The surrounding area is full of cafés and eateries that offer a wider selection. Gluten-free options are not available at breakfast.

Leisure facilities are not provided on site. The hotel's prime location in the Marais places it within a short walk of Place des Vosges, museums such as the Picasso Museum, and the lively streets full of shops, cafes, and nightlife. The area itself provides ample opportunity for walking, dining, and cultural exploration.

The hotel has a 24-hour front desk with friendly, helpful staff. Luggage storage is available after checkout, making it easy to explore the city before a late flight. Daily housekeeping is free and thorough. Safety features include a safety deposit box, smoke alarms, CCTV in common areas, and 24-hour security.
