The property sits on the main parkway near the end of the strip before Gatlinburg, placing it within a short drive of Dollywood, Dixie Stampede (0.5mi), and the Titanic Museum (3.8mi). The adjacent Pigeon Forge Trolley stop makes car-free access to the strip attractions easy. A go-kart track is immediately next door, creating daytime engine noise. Behind the motel, a river is a short walk away without crossing major roads. Free on-site parking removes the need to hunt for paid lots.

The motel offers double rooms with two full or queen beds, king rooms, and king suites with spa baths. Three rooms have jacuzzi tubs. Rooms are basic and budget-oriented, with dated furnishings and wall-to-wall carpeting. Some are reported as spacious. There is no elevator - ramps allow access to the 2nd and 3rd floors. Ground-floor rooms can be requested but are limited. Connecting rooms are available. Hair dryers are not provided in rooms but can be borrowed at the front desk. The go-kart track next door generates noticeable noise during operating hours. Pillows are flat; bringing your own is recommended.

No meal service is offered. For breakfast, Smoky's Pancake Cabin and Waffle House are about 1km away. Within 2km you will find Bojangles, Smoky Mountain Pancake House, Cielito Lindo Mexican Grill, Wild Bear Tavern, and KFC - all suitable for lunch or dinner. The location on the main strip provides easy access to dozens of additional dining options. Planning meals in advance is advisable.

The motel has a single outdoor swimming pool that opens the first weekend in May and remains open at least through Labor Day. A separate children's pool is fenced and shallow, making it suitable for families. There are no spa, gym, or other wellness facilities. The go-kart track next door provides immediate entertainment for kids. The pool is a practical way to cool off after a day at the attractions.

Parking is free and does not require a reservation, including accessible parking spots and street parking. The front desk is staffed from 15:00 to 00:00; after that, self-check-in is available via an envelope on the office door. Daily housekeeping is not performed - guests collect fresh towels, linens, and toilet paper from the front office. The property is pet-friendly: $20+tax per pet per night, dogs and cats under 13.6 kg, maximum 2, pets must be in a crate if left unattended. No designated pet relief area. No elevator - ramps lead to the second and third floors; one ground-floor room is adapted for mobility. CCTV and fire extinguishers are present. No shuttle, laundry, or picnic facilities are available.
