The classic double No.1 Post on the ground floor sleeps up to two people and features an en-suite walk-in wet room. The family Balmoral Suite includes a king-size bed, a sofa bed, a TV, tea/coffee making facilities, a fridge with a small freezer box, and a writing desk. Windsor Castle, on the first floor, features a four-poster bed, drawing desk, sofa bed, coffee table, wardrobe, fireplace, small fridge freezer, and tea and coffee making facilities. Its bathroom includes a roll-top bath, a shower with five heads, a makeup mirror desk, twin washing sinks, and a Victorian toilet. All rooms feature free unlimited Wi-Fi, televisions, hairdryers, alarm clocks, and tea and coffee making facilities. Communal irons and ironing boards are available on each landing. Some rooms have a seating area. Free WiFi and tea/coffee making facilities are available in both single rooms. One single room has an en suite but no window; the other has a private bathroom and a window.

The Guards Hotel is a military-themed hotel affiliated with The Scots Guards and welcomes all. Check-in is between 14:00 and 22:00; late check-in must be arranged. The hotel is dog-friendly upon request. Stag and hen parties are welcome with a cash deposit. The hotel is a listed 19th-century property without a lift, but staff assist guests to their rooms. The hotel is non-smoking. The helpful and friendly staff can assist guests in tickets for festivals and events as well as restaurant reservations.
