Hotel Guerrini is set in a historical building on a characteristic Venetian street, just off the busy Lista di Spagna. Santa Lucia Railway Station is a 5-minute walk away, and the Piazzale Roma car parking area and bus terminal is 850m from the hotel. The vaporetto water bus stop at Ferrovia is a short walk, providing direct access to St. Mark's Basilica and other landmarks; alternatively, the centre is a pleasant 30-minute stroll. Venice Marco Polo Airport is 13km away and reached by bus (line 5 or ATVO) from Piazzale Roma, followed by a 10-15-minute walk. The immediate area is dense with restaurants, bars and shops, while the hotel itself sits on a quiet side street that offers a reprieve from the main thoroughfare.

Rooms feature traditional furnishings, tiled or parquet floors, air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, a tea and coffee maker, free toiletries, and a safe deposit box. Deluxe and superior rooms also include a minibar. The apartment (ground floor, for up to 4 people) has two separate bedrooms, a kitchen with microwave, and a private bathroom. All rooms are non-smoking. Space is compact, and some bathrooms are very small. Some rooms have a balcony overlooking the quiet street. The hotel occupies three floors with no lift; ground-floor rooms are available on request. Noise can travel through the building, and light sleepers may prefer a higher floor or a room set away from the stairwell.

Breakfast is a continental buffet with bread, pastries, cereals, cold meats, cheese, yoghurt, fruit juice, and hot drinks from a machine. It is served in the bar/lounge area.
