HABITACION SAN CAYETANO, Valencia

Located in a residential area, the property is a 5-minute walk from several cafés and bars including Cerveceria Byggvir and Cafe Bar Ficus. The neighbourhood is quiet but some find the immediate surroundings less appealing. The airport is a short drive away, making the location practical for transit travellers. Parking is tight on-site, but a large public lot nearby helps. A third-floor walk-up means luggage needs to be carried up narrow stairs.

The double room is spacious with a comfortable bed, parquet flooring, a dressing area, and a sitting area with a dining table. Amenities include a washing machine, tea and coffee maker, executive lounge access, an electric kettle, ironing facilities, and a trouser press. Some rooms have a shared bathroom, which may not suit all guests. Cleanliness of bathrooms can vary; the room itself is often reported as clean. The property is a third-floor walk-up without a lift. Noise is minimal, making for a quiet stay. All rooms are non-smoking.

Additional services include bike rental, tour desk, and public transport tickets (surcharge). Laundry is available for an extra fee. The 24-hour front desk allows late check-in with prior arrangement. Key access and 24-hour security are in place. Trouser press and executive lounge access are available. Parking is free but unreservable and frequently full; a nearby public lot is a convenient alternative. Children are welcome and cots are available.

Movie nights are free, while pub crawls, bike tours, and cultural classes are available for an additional charge. Beach access is also offered at an extra cost. These activities provide options for social and local experiences, but checking availability and cost in advance is recommended for planning.
