The hostel sits in the safe, calm Gràcia district, a 20-minute walk from lively squares with cafés, bars, and restaurants. Vallcarca and Lesseps metro stations (green line) are both within a short walk, reaching Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas in five stops. The city centre is also about 30-45 minutes on foot. Supermarkets and local eateries are nearby, and the neighbourhood offers a less touristy, more authentic Barcelona experience. A slight uphill climb is involved from the metro.

The hostel offers mixed dormitories for 6, 8, or 16 people. Beds are equipped with curtains for privacy, a large drawer underneath for storage, a locker big enough for a carry-on bag, and shelves with a light and plug socket. Sheets are included and towels are provided free of charge. Air conditioning and heating keep the room comfortable. Some rooms have windows; others are windowless - if fresh air is important, request a bed by a window. Shared bathrooms are separated by gender and cleaned daily. The rooms are soundproofed, and the quiet neighbourhood further ensures a good night's sleep.

The shared kitchen contains cookware, utensils, a dining table, and a fridge - guests can prepare their own meals at any time. Free coffee and tea are offered around the clock.
