ROCKET HOSTELS GRACIA, Barcelona

The hostel sits in the safe, calm Gràcia district, a 20-minute walk from lively squares with cafés, bars, and restaurants. Vallcarca and Lesseps metro stations (green line) are both within a short walk, reaching Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas in five stops. The city centre is also about 30-45 minutes on foot. Supermarkets and local eateries are nearby, and the neighbourhood offers a less touristy, more authentic Barcelona experience. A slight uphill climb is involved from the metro.

The hostel offers mixed dormitories for 6, 8, or 16 people. Beds are equipped with curtains for privacy, a large drawer underneath for storage, a locker big enough for a carry-on bag, and shelves with a light and plug socket. Sheets are included and towels are provided free of charge. Air conditioning and heating keep the room comfortable. Some rooms have windows; others are windowless - if fresh air is important, request a bed by a window. Shared bathrooms are separated by gender and cleaned daily. The rooms are soundproofed, and the quiet neighbourhood further ensures a good night's sleep.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas. Reception is open until 03:00 for check-in. Luggage storage is available (unlocked room) for early arrivals or late departures. Laundry service and daily housekeeping can be arranged for an additional charge. A bicycle storage room is provided. Lockers come with each bed; padlocks are sold at reception. The property uses code-based entry for security, and CCTV covers common areas. Express check-in/check-out, a tour desk, and fax/photocopying are offered. No parking is available. Pets are not allowed.
