The apartment is located in a quiet street in the heart of Barcelona, just a few minutes from the main tourist attractions. Passeig de Gràcia, with its famous modernist architecture, is within a 10-minute walk. Plaça Catalunya and Las Ramblas are a 10-minute stroll away. The nearest Metro station (also a 5-minute walk) connects to the city's main lines, while bus stops to Barceloneta beach are directly outside. Several supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl), bakeries, cafés, and a wide range of restaurants are within a short walk. On-site public parking is available for a daily fee. The airport is roughly 20 km away; the metro costs about €6, a taxi about €30-40.

Accommodation consists of bright studios and apartments with a seating/dining area, flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette (washer-dryer, dishwasher, oven, electric kettle). The bathroom includes a shower or bath, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Bedding and towels are included. Loft-style studios have a separation between the bed and living area, but are open-plan - not separate bedrooms. The Family Apartment features a private terrace. The double sofa bed in the sitting area is less comfortable than the main bed - it may suit children or short-term use but can feel cramped for four adults.

The apartments are equipped with a kitchenette (stovetop, oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer, cooking utensils, and teaware), allowing guests to prepare their own meals. A dishwasher starter kit is provided. Nearby supermarkets (Aldi and Lidl within a short walk) make self-catering convenient.
