HABITAT APARTMENTS ALAIA, Barcelona

The central location places you a 9-minute walk from Casa Batllo and 500 metres from Passeig de Gracia, with Plaça de Catalunya a 15-minute stroll away. The Cathedral of Barcelona is 2 km from the property. A metro station is adjacent to the building, and a tram stop is directly outside, making it easy to reach attractions like Sagrada Familia and La Rambla without a car. The surrounding area is filled with restaurants, supermarkets, and cafés within a few minutes' walk. For airport access, Barcelona El Prat Airport is 13 km away; the metro and nearby train station provide a convenient connection.

The apartments offer a living room, separate bedrooms, and two bathrooms in most configurations. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and kitchenware. Rooms include a washing machine (some with a dryer), a coffee machine, dining area, and a flat-screen TV. Air conditioning is available, though some units have A/C only in common areas and require a fan in the main bedroom. Double glazing helps reduce street noise. Apartments vary in condition; some are newly renovated while others may show wear, such as flimsy sliding doors, broken tiles, or outdated furniture. The standard apartment often has a balcony, but this should be confirmed via photos. The apartment with terrace is private for that specific unit.

The property provides free WiFi in all areas, express check-in/out, private check-in/out, and an invoice service. Reception staff speak Catalan, English, Spanish, French, and Italian. The building has a lift and offers non-smoking rooms throughout. A safety deposit box is available. Family rooms are offered. No parking is available on site, but some nearby parking options exist. Pets are not allowed. The self check-in system uses an app-based digital lock, which can sometimes be slow or unresponsive; emergency phone support is provided but may not always respond promptly. The property is cleaned by a professional cleaning company between stays.
