Museumplein (Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum) is a 10-15 minute walk. Schiphol Airport can be reached via tram to Amsterdam Zuid station (10 minutes) and then train. Several restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket are within a 5-minute walk. Paid street parking is available nearby at €4-4.50 per hour; a P+R facility is a 20-minute walk with cheaper rates.

Standard rooms are compact with carpeted floors, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and private bathroom with shower. Some rooms are more spacious, particularly top-floor mansard rooms with windows overlooking greenery. Balconies are available in a few rooms.
