The hotel is located on the edge of Amsterdamse Bos, a large forest with walking and cycling trails. The nearest bus stop is about 600 metres away, providing connections to the tram and metro network. The city centre (Dam Square) is 30-45 minutes by public transport; the airport is 20-25 minutes by taxi (€25-30) or 45 minutes by bus and train. For those driving, on-site parking costs €25 per night. Several cafés and restaurants are within 1-2 km, including Grand Café De Bosbaan (0.5 km) and Tai Yuen (1 km). Bicycles can be rented from the hotel for exploring the area and reaching the centre in about 15-20 minutes.

Rooms feature modern décor with earth tones, a walk-in shower, free toiletries, bathrobes, flat-screen TV with streaming services, safe, and coffee machine. Superior suites add a seating area and a bathtub. Some rooms have a terrace, but none have a balcony. Bed options include double or twin (Comfort Twin rooms); double beds cannot be split. No extra beds are available. Rooms are soundproofed and have air conditioning and heating. The heating requires the key card to remain in the slot; rooms may cool down when the card is removed. Rooms near the tennis court or parking area can experience noise. Storage space is limited, and there is no minibar or fridge in the room.

For evening meals without spa access, several restaurants are within walking distance, such as Grand Café De Bosbaan (0.5 km) and Tai Yuen (1 km).
