HOTEL BROE-ADULTS RECOMMENDED, Malaga

The hotel sits on a busy street but is just 300m from the Picasso Museum and 700m from Alcazaba. Malaga Cathedral is a 7-minute walk, and La Malagueta Beach is 14 minutes on foot. Malaga Airport is 10km away; a taxi takes 15-20minutes (€20-30) or bus A plus a 15-minute walk. Numerous tapas bars, restaurants, and Plaza de la Merced are within two blocks. The area is walkable for all attractions, and a bus stop is right outside for excursions further afield.

Each room features a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a work desk, safe, hairdryer, and soundproof walls. Some rooms offer a balcony or terrace with city views; others overlook an inner courtyard with a green wall but minimal natural light. The latter are very quiet but dark, even during the day. Bed configurations include doubles and twins. Room sizes vary: some are described as compact, while others are more spacious. The free mini bar (water, beer, soft drinks) is replenished daily. No coffee/tea facilities in the room, but a coffee machine and tea are available 24hours in the lobby.

Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 11:30 and includes pastries, bread, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, fruit, fresh orange juice, and optional avocado with tomato. No hot dishes or vegan options (except fruit) are offered. The hotel has no restaurant, but a snack bar on the rooftop serves drinks and light bites during pool hours. The pool area also includes a solarium and a bar serving drinks and snacks. While the pool is small - ideal for a refreshing dip rather than lap swimming - it is rarely crowded and offers city views. No gym is on site, but the hotel can recommend Synergym nearby. The terrace is a popular spot for relaxation after a day of sightseeing.
