Lakeside Centre shopping is 1.4km away and Somerset Shoppes 2.7km. Several restaurants - including Shanghai City, StTropez and Shinju Japanese Buffet - are within a 5-minute walk, and the popular City Fish Restaurant is adjacent. Boca Grove Plantation Golf Course is 2.4km from the property. The area is safe and well-lit, and free on-site parking makes it easy to explore the region by car.

Each suite includes a furnished seating area with a sofa bed, a flat-screen cable TV, a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Select rooms provide additional living space and a balcony - balconies are available on all floors except the first. Lake-view rooms overlook a 2 hectare man-made lake with fountains and a walking path. The property has been recently renovated, so many suites now feature modern furniture and crisp linens. Some earlier units remain older; those may show wear such as musty smells, stained carpets or noisy air-conditioning. Construction noise has been reported during weekday daytime hours, and highway noise can be noticeable on the side facing the road. For the best experience, choose a higher-floor, lake-view suite.

Breakfast is served Monday-Friday 6:30am-10am and Saturday-Sunday 7am-11am. A chef prepares made-to-order omelettes, pancakes and French toast, alongside a buffet with fruit, yogurt, breads and cereals. The evening reception runs from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, offering complimentary beer, wine and well drinks. Room service is available from 12pm to 9pm for lunch and dinner. For a wider dinner menu, the adjacent City Fish Restaurant is a popular local spot, and several other eateries are within a short walk.

The outdoor heated swimming pool is open year-round and comes with sun loungers, beach towels and a shallow end. Adjacent is a hot tub/jacuzzi. The fitness centre is large and includes a range of cardio and strength equipment - during renovation periods it may be temporarily relocated to a smaller space. The pool area can be cooler in winter afternoons. A sun terrace and outdoor furniture provide space to relax. The property also offers a business centre and laundry facilities.

Free self-parking is available on site (no reservation needed); there is no garage. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided, though connectivity has occasionally been inconsistent.
