The hotel sits at 198 E. Delaware Place, just off Michigan Avenue, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment along the Magnificent Mile. The Museum of Contemporary Art is a quarter-mile away, and Navy Pier is a 15-minute walk. The nearest 'L' station is the Red Line at Chicago and State Street, about a 10-minute walk, providing direct access to downtown and O'Hare via the Blue Line. Oak Street Beach and the Lake Michigan shoreline are one block away. The area is safe and walkable, with numerous restaurants, cafés, and a convenience store directly across the street. Private parking is available 1.5 blocks south at the John Hancock Tower Parking Structure.

Each suite offers a private bedroom with either one king bed or two double beds, a separate living room with a sofa bed, and a large bathroom. Rooms are equipped with a 42-inch flat-screen TV, air conditioning, heating, tea and coffee maker, iron and ironing board, and free toiletries. Windows can be opened a few inches for fresh air. Some suites offer city or lake views; Lake View rooms must be booked in advance and provide a partial lake view. The furniture and decor are older and show wear; the property is in need of renovation. Road-facing rooms may be noisier, especially with windows open. Connecting/adjoining rooms are available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.

Chapel Street offers a full-service dining experience with a menu of American and Australian dishes, open daily from 6:30 AM to 1:30 AM (food service from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM). Breakfast is available for an additional charge of US$25 per adult (not included in the room rate). The restaurant is popular for its quality and convenience, though room service is not available. Lobby-level coffee shop serves pastries and coffee. There is no executive lounge or bar service at this time. For quick snacks, a convenience store is located directly across the street.

The indoor heated pool is on the 29th floor and open daily from 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Sun loungers and pool towels are provided. The fitness centre offers a range of equipment and also boasts excellent views. No hot tub, spa, or wellness centre is available. Pool availability may be affected by maintenance or closures; check directly with the hotel before booking if pool access is essential.

Wi-Fi is complimentary for all guests and Hilton Honors members throughout the property. The 24-hour front desk offers express check-in/out, ATM/cash machine, concierge, and luggage storage.
