HILTON GARDEN INN DAYTONA BEACH OCEANFRONT, Daytona Beach

The hotel sits on a prime stretch of Daytona Beach's oceanfront. Direct beach access is available via steps from the pool deck. The Daytona Beach Boardwalk is a 5-minute drive north, while Daytona International Speedway is 14 km away. Tomoka State Park, offering canoeing and a boat launch, is 8 km from the property. Several casual dining options (Denny's, Reflections, McDonald's) are within a 0.3-0.5 km walk. A Publix supermarket and other shops are across the street. A car is recommended for exploring the area, though Uber or driving is needed for most dining and errands. The surrounding area has some hurricane-damaged buildings and occasional construction nearby.

The hotel's full-service restaurant, the Garden Grille & Bar, is open for breakfast (7:00-11:00) and dinner (Bermuda Lounge opens 17:00-22:00, closed Sunday). Breakfast options include a buffet or à la carte, with costs around $12 per person for the buffet or $9.50-$12 for plated items. The dinner menu features American fare - garlic parmesan wings, surf and turf, quinoa salads, and chicken. The breakfast staff is noted for friendly service, though peak times can feel understaffed. A poolside bar was previously available but currently closed; alcoholic drinks are available at the indoor bar from 5:00 PM onwards. A designated smoking area is located on the ground level near the front.

The seasonal outdoor swimming pool is heated and open year-round, with a pool deck that includes loungers (limited number, often in demand). Direct beach access is available via steps from the pool deck. The fitness centre is free and includes a well-stocked weight room and exercise equipment. A spa is not on-site. The pool deck offers a relaxing ocean view, though the pool itself may get sandy and crowded on weekends.
