The surrounding area is walkable to convenience stores and eateries, but a car is recommended for broader exploration. Parking is free and on-site, though spaces are limited and unreservable. The hotel is located in a well-rated area of Daytona Beach.

Accommodation includes standard rooms in the North and South Towers with balcony options and cottages with separate sleeping areas. All rooms are equipped with a kitchen area (kitchenette or full kitchen), a seating area with a sofa bed, cable TV, air conditioning, and private bathroom with complimentary toiletries.
