Ocean Walk Shoppes is a 2-minute drive, connecting to restaurants and entertainment. Public transport is not nearby, making a car the most practical transport option. Parking is paid and spaces are limited, so arriving before late evening is advisable. For beach access, guests use stairs from the property; the foot-rinse station is functional but low pressure.

Room choices include king and queen configurations with varying views: oceanfront high-floor rooms offer premium vistas, while king rooms provide a partial ocean and city side view (oceanfront not guaranteed for king). Accessible rooms with roll-in showers are available. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds, but some furnishings show wear and signs of water damage. Floor cleaning is inconsistent; walking barefoot for a short time may leave feet dirty. Corridor noise can be significant due to slamming doors and thin walls, so a room away from the elevator or on a higher floor is advisable for light sleepers. Balcony doors have had occasional lock issues; check functionality upon arrival. All rooms include ironing facilities, air conditioning, and heating.
