A supermarket and pharmacy are within walking distance, and the Premium Outlet Mall is nearby. The area is quiet at night compared to the Strip, with no casino noise on site. For guests without a car, the distance from the Strip is too far to walk safely along the highway; taxis, ride shares, or public transit are the recommended alternatives.

One-bedroom suites sleep up to 4 and two-bedroom villas sleep up to 6, each with a king bed in the master, either a queen or two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sofa bed in the living area. Rooms feature a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven/stove, coffeemaker, utensils), dining table, TV, balcony, and air conditioning. Interiors vary: some units are newly renovated with modern decor while others are noticeably dated with worn furniture, carpet stains, and older appliances. Road-facing rooms and those near service entrances may experience noise from traffic or deliveries. Some units show inconsistent cleanliness on arrival.

Caribe Lounge offers a casual dining experience with Mexican dishes, American fare, and pizza, open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant is located next to the pool and a Mayan waterfall, but closes at approximately 17:00-18:00, limiting evening options. A 24/7 market supplies drinks, snacks, and packaged groceries, and a vending area is also available. An automatic 18% gratuity is added to all food and drink purchases. Breakfast is not included with the stay.

Two outdoor pools are open year-round and heated, though the main pool has been reported as cold on occasion. Four water slides are available, but only half may operate at any given time. The pool area closes early (18:00-20:00) and access is limited to a single entrance. Hot tubs and jacuzzis are available, though some have experienced closures or temperature inconsistencies. The fitness centre includes a range of weights and cardio equipment. Additional leisure facilities include a games room with ping-pong, foosball, and video games, plus billiards and table tennis.
