The Friedrichshain area is packed with bars, restaurants, cafés, and shops - including a Netto supermarket and DM drugstore right next door. The East Side Gallery is about 3 km away. The S-Bahn can be used from Berlin Brandenburg Airport via BVG or Google Maps connections. The immediate area is busy and lively; some individuals may be encountered outside the hotel, especially in the evenings.

Rooms feature private bathrooms with a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. All rooms include air conditioning (though some have reported functionality issues), heating, soundproofing, and a flat-screen satellite TV. Single, double, and twin configurations are available - twin beds can be separated or pushed together. Premium rooms add tea and coffee-making facilities. Rooms facing the rear courtyard tend to be quieter, while those overlooking Frankfurter Allee can experience street noise. Some rooms have worn carpets and dated furniture; cleanliness standards vary.

Breakfast is served in a spacious dining area on the first floor and includes bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, fruit, boiled eggs, and a coffee machine.
