The property sits in an urban area within walking distance of public transport (bus stop #2, about 10 minutes away). Nearby dining includes Food 4 Less, Magee's Donuts, Little Caesars, and La Parrilla-all within 1 km. The location provides easy access to LA Live, the Convention Center, and downtown attractions via a short drive. The surrounding area has a mix of commercial and residential buildings; evening street presence can feel less secure, so plan transport accordingly.
