Santa Maria Novella railway station is 300 metres away, with the T2 tram from Florence Airport stopping within 2 minutes' walk, making car-free arrivals straightforward. The surrounding streets are filled with shops, cafés, and restaurants. While the area is pedestrian-friendly, road-facing rooms overlook a busy street, so a rear-facing room is quieter.
